Refund Policy

It is important to us at OveYOGA that every customer is satisfied with their order, so whether your new items doesn’t fit or you just changed your mind about a purchase you can send it back to us in exchange for a full refund. Outlined below is our returns and exchanges policy:

 

• You can return any item for a refund/exchange within 30 days from your order receipt.(Our address:32 seaton street, BD3 9DP Bradford,England)
• We will refund the price you paid for your item, back to your original payment method (we do not refund your shipping charge or gift wrapping charge).
• All products must be returned undamaged with no signs of wear in the original packaging - if not your return will be refused and sent back to you.
• You can exchange an item for another item of the same price or less. If you want to exchange your item for a cheaper item we will refund you the difference.
